Implementation

This constitution shall be ratified by a 2/3 majority vote of the membership of COG at the COG general meeting on April 27, 2004. At that time, all current Task Forces and Working Groups shall be officially dissolved and all property and money that they control shall revert to the COG Board of Directors. The membership may then, by 2/3 majority vote, ratify any proposal to create a new Task Force. After the meeting of April 27, 2004, the standard methods of creating and destroying Task Forces shall take effect.

This section is a full and binding part of this Constitution, but it need not be maintained in this Constitution once the April 27, 2004 meeting is concluded.
