Impeachment of Officers

Executive Officers may be impeached by a 2/3 majority vote of the Board of Directors.

Executive officers may only be removed from office through a proceeding of the Union Judiciary. The only punishment which may be brought by the Union Judiciary in such a case is the impeached officer's removal from office.

The Judiciary shall use a reasonable and consistant standard of responsibility and accountability to make its decisions.
